This event is a free workshop that aims at reviewing national sustainable development strategies (NSDS) in countries in Asia and the Pacific and their relationship to national development plans and poverty reduction strategies (PRS) with a view to better integration.
The event sessions will cover the following themes:
sustainability and development in Asia and the Pacific;
governance approaches to national sustainable development strategies in Asia and the Pacific;
the role of stakeholders in sustainability strategies; and
integrating sustainability in development planning.
